MYFRIENDS SOCIAL GROUP

The MyFriends Social Group was created to support young adults with autism in the community. This group meets about 1-2 times per month at a variety of places. During these gatherings, members are able to get to know each other and gain confidence in an environment that is supportive.

 

Some events that the MyFriends group has done in the past include: Show and Tell Parties, Holiday Parties, Game Parties, Hiking trails, Shopping at the Mall, Arts and Crafts through Autism in the Arts and UF College of Medicine, and Painting the wall on 34th Street.
